Hello!Growing up in Oregon and spending childhood summers at her grandmother's Cape Cod beach house, Maple Quinn developed a lifelong love for coastal communities and the stories hidden within them.
Her curiosity about both people and the natural world has led to remarkable experiences throughout her life. She has spent more than two decades swimming with wild dolphins off the coast of Bimini, shared the water with humpback whales in the Dominican Republic, and even spent a memorable college summer helping care for an infant chimpanzee.
These experiences—combined with thousands of real conversations throughout her professional career—have inspired a writing style filled with empathy, careful observation, and unforgettable characters.
